Payment:  Transactions are processed through PayPal, which will allow you to pay using your credit card even if you do not have an account with PayPal. PayPal is completely secure and confidential. To pay by personal check please phone in your order, 630-963-3414. For Illinois orders an 8.25% sales tax will be added at check out.

Lead time:  Once your order is received your item will be handmade to your specifications. Your purchase will ship within three to five days from your order date. For larger or custom orders a longer lead time may be needed, I will contact you and let you know when you can expect your purchase.

Shipping: Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, insured, with delivery confirmation unless otherwise requested. Larger orders are shipped UPS Ground. Once your order has been shipped I will contact  you to let you know that it's on its way.

Return Policy:  I want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Please email me to get confirmation before returning. The item must be shipped in its' original (or similar) packaging and be insured for the full purchase price. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Wholesale:  Wholesale customers welcome. No order is too big or too small, no minimum required. Call or email for information.

Custom Orders:  To request or inquire about a custom item please click on "Contact" at the top of the page and submit your information or phone 630-963-3414. For custom orders I require half of the payment up front and the other half due upon completion of your order. There are no refunds for custom orders.
